Path A

For Websites W1–W7, AI1, and AI2. Pick, pay, go — no back-and-forth before you start.

    A short multi-step form: scope preferences, design direction, contact details. Takes about 5 minutes.

    Pay 30% commitment

    Paystack for Ghana/Nigeria/Kenya/South Africa. Stripe for everywhere else. Auto-routed by your location.

    Receive your tracking link

    A magic-link URL lands in your inbox immediately. No password — just click to see milestones, files, and messages.

  5. 5

    Build phase

    Work happens on your tracking page. Milestones update as each stage completes. You can leave messages at any point.

  6. 6

    Review and revisions

    You get the agreed number of revision rounds before final delivery. All feedback is in one thread.

    Final delivery

    Pay the remaining 70%. Receive full access to source code, assets, and credentials via the tracking page files tab.

Quote First

For AI3/AI4/AI5 and all Apps. Describe your project — fixed price within 48 hours.

    Use the quote form or chat with the AI assistant. Describe your project: what it does, who it's for, must-haves, timeline.

    Receive a fixed quote within 48h

    A detailed quote lands in your inbox — itemised scope, milestones, delivery timeline, and a fixed total price.

  3. 3

    Accept and pay 30%

    The quote email contains a one-click payment link valid for 14 days. Same Paystack/Stripe routing as Path A.

  4. 4

    Tracking link issued

    On payment: project agreement PDF, magic-link tracking URL, and a kickoff message — all automated.

  5. 5

    Build phase

    Same tracked experience as Path A — milestones, file uploads, messages, progress percentage.

  6. 6

    Review and revisions

    Revision rounds are specified in the quote. Final delivery only ships once you sign off.

  7. 7

    Final delivery

    Pay remaining 70% (or final milestone payment for larger builds). Full handover via tracking page.

Refund policy

Full refund within 48 hours of commitment payment. Partial refund proportional to work done after that.
