1. Who we are

TechsTurf ("we", "us") is a custom software development studio operated by Nelly, based in Ghana. We provide services via techsturf.com.

2. Data we collect

• Contact information you provide (name, email, phone) when submitting a brief or contact form.
• Project information you provide when filling an order brief or quote form.
• Payment information — processed by Paystack or Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Usage data collected via analytics (PostHog) — page views, session info, anonymised IP.
• Conversation data if you use the AI agent on the site.

3. How we use your data

• To deliver the services you have paid for.
• To send transactional emails (magic links, receipts, milestone updates).
• To respond to enquiries and quotes.
• To improve the site and AI agent based on anonymised usage data.

4. Data retention

Project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 2 years for record-keeping. Contact enquiries that do not convert to projects are deleted after 12 months. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

5. Third parties

We use the following services to operate TechsTurf: Firebase (Google) for data storage and authentication, Paystack and Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, PostHog for anonymised analytics. We do not sell your data.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email admin@techsturf.com with your request.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies for your project tracking page (authenticated via magic link). We use analytics cookies (PostHog) with your consent. A cookie consent banner is shown on first visit.
